I’ve learned that a download of your Facebook account’s information cannot proceed concurrently with the account being scheduled for deletion. So, I had to go back for four days while I waited for my download to be ready.
Now it’s downloaded. Now I’m gone again.
I’ve taken steps to preserve some connections I fear will perish otherwise. I hope they are effective.
